Groupe Projet wins a major contract

Partnership with Frare Gallant Construction

Groupe Projet is currently involved in a renovation project in Pierrefonds. Through its demolition division, the company has won a major private contract at Villa Saint-Martin, a retreat center founded in 1910 by the Jesuits. 

Groupe Projet's mandate is to provide all the materials, equipment, and labor necessary to complete the architectural demolition, structural demolition, and asbestos removal work. This work includes the demolition of the garage, including the foundations, excavation, sawing and demolition of concrete, and backfilling.  

Groupe Projet will have very little time to complete all the work. This is one of the reasons why the Châteauguay-based SME was chosen, as explained by its president, Stéphane Turchetta: “We only have five weeks to complete all the work! Our team will have to redouble its efforts because the deadline is tight. The challenge is interesting, and we're going to take it on!”

Frare Gallant: 45 years of expertise

Groupe Projet was awarded the contract through Frare Gallant Construction, a major contractor based on Montreal's North Shore that has been involved in expansion projects for SAQ distribution centers and St-Hubert rotisseries: "It is an honor to work with this renowned contractor. We hope that this contract will lead to others and that we will develop this great business relationship," adds Stéphane Turchetta.
