Customer Service Manager in Transportation

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager in the Transportation sector.

to support our team in monitoring deliveries to our customers, as well as updating information in the computer system.

Qualifications
  • 1 year of relevant experience in the field or a related field

  • Experience in the transport sector (an asset)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)

  • Good written and spoken knowledge of French and English

  • Experience with dispatch software (an asset)

Responsibilities
  • Handling incoming phone calls

  • Handling service requests received via email

  • Coordinate needs in collaboration with the dispatch

  • To ensure their satisfaction

  • Inform customers about the daily tracking of deliveries.

  • Update various data in the computer system and generate customer orders

  • Enter all relevant information for customer billing

  • Communicate all delivery changes to the relevant parties.

  • Receive the account opening documents

  • Road preparation with the help of dispatch

  • Other related tasks

We offer
  • Permanent, full-time position, Monday to Friday
