Customer Service Manager in Transportation
We are looking for a Customer Service Manager in the Transportation sector.
to support our team in monitoring deliveries to our customers, as well as updating information in the computer system.
Qualifications
1 year of relevant experience in the field or a related field
Experience in the transport sector (an asset)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Good written and spoken knowledge of French and English
Experience with dispatch software (an asset)
Responsibilities
Handling incoming phone calls
Handling service requests received via email
Coordinate needs in collaboration with the dispatch
To ensure their satisfaction
Inform customers about the daily tracking of deliveries.
Update various data in the computer system and generate customer orders
Enter all relevant information for customer billing
Communicate all delivery changes to the relevant parties.
Receive the account opening documents
Road preparation with the help of dispatch
Other related tasks
We offer
Permanent, full-time position, Monday to Friday
40 hours per week
